With the continuous development of social productivity and the continuous renovation of information technology,a new era of information has emerged.As a result,all kinds of information platform projects began their exploration.The early Qingdao TY company found some realistic constraints on their information platform: the internal organizational structure of the enterprise is flat,lack of effective supervision,and the progress management is not standardized.At the same time,the progress schedule management of the project is not perfect and the project schedule control is not perfect.Short board,personnel quality and professional ability and professional difficult to match.In this paper,the theory of project management and project schedule management is introduced in detail,and the current situation and causes of the project are analyzed in detail,and the corresponding countermeasures are put forward in detail on the related theories of Qingdao TY combined with project progress management and the information platform project of Qingdao company TY company.We start from four aspects:First,we should adjust and optimize the organizational structure by defining the responsibilities,contents and levels of personnel.Second,from the progress plan preparation,the project schedule plan combined with the project schedule plan,the project resources integration and so on three parts to specify the standardization project schedule planning process;Third,the project schedule control is optimized through project schedule,stage assessment,project schedule requirement change control,project plan management and communication.Fourth,all project participants and related professionals are trained,including technical training and humanistic care,while professional personnel are trained and trained by professional personnel after training.The conclusion proves that these measures have greatly promoted the success of the project and improved the overall efficiency of the project.At the same time,we find that its countermeasures are targeted and extensive and forward-looking.
