Chinese nylon industry faces intense industry competition,the threat of foreign products and other aspects of stress.Therefore,the development of Chinese nylon industry must fully understand the situation,grasp the regularity of development,with the scientific concept of marketing theory,abandoning the old product-oriented market business model extensive nylon industry development model,into market-oriented,to meet customers' demand-led development path.Therefore,SED Company is the object of study,to analyze the problems faced by the nylon manufacturing enterprises in the new environment.This action is good to promote the nylon industry and the management level to a higher level,all of this will play a positive impact and with far-reaching significance.This paper uses the marketing plan,relationship marketing,porter's five forces model and the statistics and other relevant theoretical knowledge to comprehensive analysis and solution SED Company in the process of investment problems.At this stage,nylon trading has become more competitive trading.The nylon manufacturing industry have become increasingly cautious when they selecting the dealers.From the client' point of view,commercial clients increasingly seek a higher level of culture,stalls and other needs.So SED Company has to carefully carry out marketing plan in the face of such a fierce market and such a diverse number of requests from commercial clients.This paper focused on the present situation of the SED Company.From the theory of marketing investment,macro environment,micro environment,project SWOT Analysis,Porter's Five Forces Analysis,Project planning,STP strategic analysis,4P marketing strategy and so on.This paper has made a comprehensive and systematic exposition of theory and practical applications.On the basis of the analysis of nylon trading environment,locating the nylon trading in the high-end garden.It's using the high-quality service and comfortable business environment as a selling point to attract those who seek high-quality clients.Use 4Pmarketing strategy while in the use of its planning.In the product design to provide a new concept for the clients deal and give some count to the clients.In the channels using a variety of communication channels and making efforts to increase transactions to strengthen the visibility of the company.
