Research On The Development Of Service Trade In Heilongjiang Province Under The Background Of “Belt And Road”

"The Belt and Road" strategy has created new opportunities for the development of service trade in Heilongjiang Province,which ask for a well-defined cooperation mechanism and a well-built cooperation platform to promote the prosperity and development of "The Belt and Road".Heilongjiang province has fluent resource of services trade involve 2981 km bordering part with Russia,more than 20 border crossing.As an important frontier province,Heilongjiang could play an important role under "The Belt and Road" strategy.Firstly,the paper used the literature analysis method to figure out the new opportunities brought by "The Belt and Road" for Heilongjiang's service trade,which based on the existing comprehensive literature,tools of information analysis and data processing.Secondly,it uses the "Summarizing method" to analyze the strategic planning with the construction of "The Belt and Road" to conclude that the "The Belt and Road" construction could bring a great opportunity to enhance the international competitiveness of service trade.Finally,pointing out that the development of service trade in Heilongjiang province by quantitative analysis method is falling behind through the comparison of the international competitiveness of service trade with the developed countries and developing countries.
