The Research On The Organizational Structure Adjustment Strategy Of Jiangsu HS Communication Company

With the rapid development of China's economy and the high-speed supersession and commercialization of mobile communication technology,the mobile communication industry is undergoing great changes.Every link in the upstream and downstream of the industrial chain needs timely response and change to adapt to the rapidly changing competitive environment,and a reasonable,efficient,adaptable and creative organizational structure is necessary to ensure that the enterprise is full of core competitiveness at all times.The thesis takes the Jiangsu HS Communication Company as the research object and revolves around the core problem of how to effectively carry out the adjustment of organization structure and staffing in the market competition environment of the operator's Terminal company Provincial unit.On the basis of summarizing the relevant theories and literatures of organizational and organizational structure adjustment,using three kinds of research methods,such as literature review,questionnaire survey,investigation and interview,the original organizational structure of the company was dissecting a sparrow-analyzed the present situation,refined problem,detailed analysis,and summed up.In view of the problems embodied in the relatively concentrated corporate leadership management radius too large,unclear or overlapping departmental responsibilities,the protection system is not in place,and the constraints and difficulties brought to the business,this thesis designs the company's best organizational structure adjustment program and path and put forward the feasibility of the implementation plan and put it into practice.And the stage effect is evaluated simply after the implementation of the scheme.Through this study,it is hoped that the terminal subsidiaries of the operators can provide reference for exploring how to establish and perfect the effective organization structure system,management mode and operation mechanism to adapt to the fast changing market competition environment,which has important theoretical and practical value.
