With the reform of Customs Clearance Integration,and the establishment of National Customs Risk Control&Prevention Center and Tax Collection&Administration Center in recent years,China Customs will strengthen the supervision to enterprises,and approach the risk control and centralized prevention,and centralized management of taxation in the future.As a group company,Company S possesses many enterprises in China.Each of the enterprises has import and export business,while the import and export matters are operated by different employees respectively.Under the circumstances of stricter risk control&prevention and inspection requirements from Customs,and as Company S's increasing emphasis on further development and internal compliance management,Company S needs to centralize the management of Customs affairs.But it is clear that simply relying on traditional management mode is not enough to realize centralized management of unified managing and monitoring the operation of each plant and business unit.Company S urgently needs a unified and comprehensive solution of informatization to achieve the automated management of Customs affairs of all plants and business units in both China and globally by managing all relevant information and data centrally in the same platform.This article is to research the informatization management of Customs affairs of Company S by using the combination of the method of document study and fishbone diagram on the basis of the theoretical overview of the management of Customs affairs and informatization management of Customs affairs.This article is,firstly,to expound the current status of informatization management of Customs affairs of Company S by informationization tool of Customs affairs,ERP system integrating,master data management of Customs affairs and the team of informatization management of Customs affairs,etc.;secondly,to analyze the problems of informatization management of Customs affairs of Company S and the corresponding root causes.Lastly,to develop a solution from the aspects of internal information system and internal management according to the problem of informatization management of Customs affairs of Company S.Company S is capable of achieving standardization management,risk reduction,efficiency improvement and overall competitiveness enhancement by using informatization management ultimately.
