SYT is the first company to provide supply chain service in China.Since its established in 1997,SYT has been firstly listed as a domestic supply chain enterprise in2007 after ten-year growth.To Take breadth supply chain as the main business,that is,undertake the outsourcing of customer non-core business,namely raw material procurement,product sales supply chain packaging operation,SYT business scope includes logistics,commerce,settlement,information processing,etc.Business volume leaps to 23 billion in 2006 from the several hundred million at start when the company was set up.It brought fierce competition,due to access threshold of the breadth supply chain service is not high,and it is still a replicable business model.The " blue sea" soon became the " red sea" soon.Innovation and development is SYT company's constant pursuit.In order to find a new " blue sea" through innovation,SYT vowed to switch to deep supply chain management services based on breadth of supply chain business.With the chances of China's fast-moving products market transformation,SYT took the distribution business,this is short slab in the business barrel,as the entry point to launch the " 380 plan" that aims to set up distribution companies or outlets in 380 cities across the country in 2009.But as an newbie with fast-moving distribution business,SYT rushed into the field let to lose a lot at the first stage.SYT gradually transformed from a self-support dealer into a leading distribution business operator through mergers and acquisitions.Although M & A is an important way of SYT to gain fast-growth,we also should study the failure cases and lack of experience.This article is divided into five chapters,the first chapter is the introduction,mainly introduces the research ideas,methods,etc.;The second chapter introduces the related theories of M & A,mainly selects the key contents used in syt enterprise for small business enterprise M & A and makes a theoretical exposition on the contents that need to be optimized and promoted.The third chapter introduces the concept,industry status,domestic and foreign dealers and SYT distribution business mergers and acquisitions background;The fourth chapter is the key content of this chapter,analyze SYT's M & A strategy and steps,and analyze the success and failure in the case;The fifth chapter focuses on syt M & A deficiencies and puts forward some suggestions.Through the analysis of the success or failure of SYT company's M & A strategy and the discussion of strategy optimization,I hope to summarize the experience of SYT company's distribution business M & A to pay attention to the rapid elimination of distribution business M & A enterprises or people play a certain help!...
