The spatial and population distribution of modern cities is continuously intensive, the contradiction between social organizations is increasingly complex, and the economic structure presents a diversified development trend. As a result, the uncertainties faced in the development of modern cities are unprecedentedly diverse and the catastrophic consequences are even greater.Cities as open systems often show great fragility, but these shocks cannot be completely avoided as an objective law of social and natural development. For Chinese cities,do they have the corresponding capabilities to face the increasingly severe impact? On the basis of reviewing the theory of resilience and vulnerability, this paper considers the two as a concept of mutual opposition and unity. The research method can be used to a certain extent.Secondly, combining the concept and connotation of urban resilience, this paper expounds the staged process and manifestation of resilience realization, further constructs the research model of urban resilience theory, and determines the research dimension of urban resilience. Finally,on the basis of the process and form of resilience realization, the corresponding dimensions(stability, sensitivity, adaptability)are divided and the comprehensive evaluation system of urban resilience is built on the basis of the dimensions studied.Select the research period from 2006 to 2015 to measure the comprehensive toughness scores of Anhui Province and each region(city)and the comprehensive toughness scores of the corresponding subsystems, and further calculate the scores of each of the three major attributes of the subsystems,so as to analyze in depth the Anhui Province and The temporal changes of the resilience level of each region(city),and the exploratory analysis of the evolution and differentiation of the spatial pattern of urban resilience, laid the foundation for the follow-up research.Firstly, use the entropy method to measure the resilience level of Anhui Province and each region(city)from 2006 to 2015 and the comprehensive scores of the four subsystems. The results show that: Anhui's overall toughness score shows a downward trend, indicating that the overall resilience level continues to increase;the scores of economic subsystems remain basically stable, and the scores of the three major subsystems of society, ecology, and infrastructure show a downward trend as a whole, indicating that the four major The level of sub-system resilience is also constantly increasing or remaining stable.Among them, the stability of the four major subsystems of the economy, society, ecology, and infrastructure has grown at a relatively high level;the sensitivity level has generally experienced a trend of increasing first and then decreasing during the study period;the level of adaptability has remained as a whole. In a stable state, the growth trend is not obvious. At the sub-regional(city)level,the changes in comprehensive resilience levels in various regions(cities)are diverse, and the regional differences are obvious. As a whole, the situation in weinan is higher than that in weizhong and weizhong and higher than that in weinan. From the perspective of subsystems, the overall economic and infrastructure subsystems are higher in weizhong than in weinan and weinan than in weizhong. The ecological subsystems show that Weinan is higher than that in central and weizhong and higher than that in northern Anhui.China and South China are basically the same and Weibei has a lower trend.Secondly,we made a spatial distribution map of the overall resilience development of Anhui Province.Using the exploratory spatial analysis method,we calculated the overall Moran index from the comprehensive toughness scores of various cities in Anhui Province from 2006 to 2015 and made a local LISA agglomeration map.The results show that: from 2006 to 2015,the overall Moran index of Anhui Province showed an overall upward trend, indicating that the degree of agglomeration in space is increasing and the spatial dependence is continuously increasing. From the local area, the tough development of Anhui Province presents a significant Non-equilibrium spatial distribution features: HH agglomeration in South Anhui,Wuhu,Maanshan and Tongling have become the core areas of geographic aggregation, while northern Anhui shows the spatial distribution characteristics of LL agglomeration with Huainan-Fuyang as the core, showing a certain level of North and South.Differentiation phenomenon.Through the analysis of the overall resilience level and the three major attribute levels of Anhui Province as a whole and in each region(city),the resilience level does not depend on a single dimension,or a single attribute, but rather from multiple dimensions.Combined with the three major attributes to comprehensive analysis. Therefore,in order to realize the sustainable development of urban health and safety in Anhui Province, not only the concept of resilience needs to be incorporated into the direction and concept of urban development in Anhui Province, but also the sensitivity of each research dimension should be reduced to improve stability and adaptability.Correctly guide the overall development of the four major cities in the economy, society, ecology, and infrastructure, coordinate their internal links, promote regional differentiation in the development of urban resilience, and play an overall role in the organizational dimension to promote Anhui The level of resilience development in provinces and regions has been raised.
