Study On The Evolution And Spatial Optimization Of Rural Residential Land

Affected by the process of urbanization and the construction of new countryside,the traditional rural residential land has tempestuously changed its space distribution,as the increasingly prominent contradiction between man and land,the economic and intensive utilization of land is imperative.Study on the evolution and spatial optimization of rural residential land can provides scientific guidance and basis for solving the situation of rural scattered distribution,settlements sprawl,low efficiency of land use.Therefore,the article takes Jiashan Country as the research areas,based on the analysis of the overall changes of rural residential,the article uses the methods of nearest neighbor statistics,variation coefficient and Voronoi diagram,landscape index method to study the evolution characteristics of rural residential land from the year of 2003 to 2015,then analyze how natural factors,regional factors and economic factors make influence on rural residential areas.On the basis of evaluating the adaptability of all rural residential areas in Jiashan County,the article designed the suitable optimization mode.Through the research and analysis,main conclusions are as follows:(1)From the evolutionary trend of the total scale and quantity of rural residential areas,with the vigorous development of land consolidation and new rural construction,the rural residential area in Jiashan County has been increasing,and the number of rural residential areas has been decreasing slowly.The agglomeration effect of central village becomes more and more obvious.(2)In the analysis of spatial and temporal evolution of rural residential areas,the distribution of rural residential areas in Jiashan County was found to be uniform and cluster.Due to the improvement of the quality of life and the relative increase of small independent houses,the degree of concentration in 2015 was slightly lower than that in 2009.The concentration and evolution trend of rural residential areas are mainly affected by road traffic,urban construction,social and economic situation.So the distribution and evolution of rural residential areas are different from each other in different regions.(3)In the analysis of the factors affecting the spatial distribution of rural residential areas,the article selects different factors from the natural,regional and economic aspects.Due to geographical and geographical reasons in Jiashan County,only the river has great influence on the spatial distribution of rural residential areas in terms of natural factors,the road and town have significant agglomeration effects on rural settlements within a range of 1000m,population,economic growth and policies are also major external driving force for change of rural residential areas.(4)In the study of the optimization mode selection of rural residential areas,through the evaluation of the adaptation of rural residential areas in Jiashan County,it is classified as "unsuitable for remediation","less suitable for remediation","more suitable remediation" and "suitable remediation",the scale of more suitable for optimization of rural residential areas is about37%.On the basis,according to the influence factors of each rural residential area,the most suitable optimization and arrangement mode is determined.
