Research On Cosmetics Packaging Development Project Scheduling Management Of Q Trading Company

With the continuous satisfaction of material living standards,people's demand for physical health and spiritual beauty is getting higher and higher.With the stimulation of the material and spiritual basic needs,the demand for cosmetics has been increasing year by year.Faced with the new requirements of cosmetic packaging cosmetics industry as ancillary products and cosmetics sales have correlation between growth,and spawned a category diversification,diversification of demand,high safety,high response speed and new requirements.However,most of the domestic cosmetics packaging enterprise project development system are relatively backward,the original project management model has been behind the new requirements,enterprise need the relevant knowledge and skills to improve the existing conditions,however,the project management in the field of cosmetic packaging and little research.After fifteen years of development,Q Company has recognized the importance of project management,and applied project management knowledge to daily project management.However,in the rapid development of Q's business,although the performance has been improved,but still can not cover up the new project development management problems.This paper takes Q cosmetics packaging company as an example,studies the schedule management of cosmetics packaging development project,analyzes the existing problems and puts forward clear solutions.Q Company tries to adjust through various strategies and patterns to find a new project management model suitable for the development of the company.This paper takes the PMBOK project management theory,experience reference for leading cosmetics packaging enterprises and achievements,and based on my actual participation in the project and technology development experience,Q Company to build more suitable for the company's project management system put forward valuable suggestions.It provides the relevant theoretical basis for the establishment of effective development project management system.I expect that the research results help the colleague in the same industry,and can play a positive role during cosmetics packaging project development process.
