Reasonable schedule and effective schedule control are the key factors to achieve the goal of project construction.Machinery packaging equipment production line construction project construction period,the project involves many personnel,capital investment,the entire production line planning process is complex,so the project uncertainty factors,project control is difficult,specially the project schedule control,it is easy to cause the whole project delay,so as to increase the project cost,reduce project investment benefit.From the last century eighty's,the processing and manufacturing industry by expanding research and development capabilities,accelerate product upgrades and other ways to enhance the competitiveness of enterprises themselves.Various enterprises in the study of how to reduce the cost,product packaging has become the top priority of enterprise research,enterprise by improving the packaging efficiency,reduce the cost of packaging,can effectively improve the competitiveness of enterprises.NHVS company as a well-known high voltage switch supplier,according to the actual operation of the company,the current mechanical packaging production line is difficult to meet the actual situation of the enterprise,it is necessary to transform and upgrade the mechanical packaging equipment production line.This paper based on the project progress management theory,the use of WBS,critical path method,the NHVS company machinery packaging equipment production line construction project as the research object.Firstly,this paper introduces the background and working process of the construction project of NHVS company mechanical packaging equipment production line.Secondly,the NHVS company mechanical packaging equipment production line construction project carries on the activity structure decomposition and activity time estimation.Finally,this paper carries on the project progress control and the deviation correction to the NHVS company machinery packing equipment production line construction project.Through the research,we can draw the following conclusions from three aspects:(1)According to the basic situation of NHVS company and the characteristics of the project,this paper has made the work flow of the project and analyzes the factors that may affect the project schedule.Through the activities of the results of the decomposition,the project is divided into overall planning,production line planning,equipment installation,pre acceptance,final acceptance of five stages,a total of 23 work.(2)Through the project activity structure decomposition and activity duration estimation,the project's original schedule.And considering the actual situation of the construction project of NHVS company's mechanical packaging equipment production line,the production line of mechanical packaging equipment of NHVS company is optimized.(3)Using the PDCA dynamic control principle and the method of comparison analysis,real-time tracking of the actual progress of the project and the progress of the project,to find the cause of the deviation,and to correct the deviation.
