HY Mobile Company is a company that is engaged in the research&development and the production of smart phones and provides ODM solutions to local mobile phone brands in different countries.The steady growth of domestic and foreign economy from the beginning of the 21st century has promoted the rapid development of the communication industry.Competition in the smart phone market is fierce,brutal and full of opportunities.HY Mobile integrated internal resources 4 years ago and expanded into the overseas ODM market with all strength.How the company to remain competitive in the mobile market through strategic planning and to keep sustainable development for a long time has become an important subject for the development of the company.In this paper,the PEST analysis and five forces model are utilized to carry out an in-depth and detailed analysis on factors such as the macro environment,strategic ability of HY Company and the market environment.The EFE matrix and IFE matrix analysis methods are utilized to analyze opportunities and threats of the company in the external environment,and the advantages and disadvantages in the company.The grand strategy matrix and SWOT analysis method are adopted to carry out the optionanalysis on the overall strategy and competitive strategy of the company,and formulate the differentiated competitive strategy to determine the company's vision,mission and strategic goal.In order to ensure the implementation of the differentiated competitive strategy,it is analyzed and demonstrated that HY should implement the differential competition strategy of product planning,omni-directional service and quality assurance,adopt distinctive humanresource management system and supply chain management system,and strengthen the cultural construction based on quality and innovation as a guarantee system.
