With the accelerating process of urbanization,the construction and development of cities face many problems related to the use of land resources.How to effectively monitor the dynamics of urban land use is the key to solve the problem of urban development,and it is also an important measure to ensure the sustainable use of urban land resources.The traditional land use supervision technology and plan are time-consuming and laborious,and it is difficult to deal with all kinds of land planning and utilization problems encountered in the rapid development of the city.With the continuous progress of aerospace and remote sensing technology,the remote sensing data acquisition and processing system based on UAV is becoming more and more popular in remote sensing and mapping industry.As an emerging low altitude photogrammetry technology,UAV inclination photogrammetry plays an increasingly important role in the urban planning and construction process.It has become an indispensable technical means for dynamically monitoring of urban land utilization.This paper uses UAV inclination photogrammetry technology as a data acquisition method to study how to use high-precision DSM(Digital Surface Model,DSM)data to obtain urban land-use change information and further apply it to urban land-use dynamic monitoring work.provides a better solution to the land use regulation to solve the problems in city construction.This paper mainly studies from the following aspects:1)It describes the current development of UAV aerial survey technology,and introduces the working principle and workflow of UAV inclination photogrammetry technology.At the same time,it analyzes the advantages of UAV inclination photogrammetry technology applied to the dynamic supervision of urban land use.2)In view of the current situation of urban land use,this paper expounds the necessity and urgency of dynamic supervision of land use,and analyzes the advantages of realizing urban land-use dynamic supervision methods with the help of UAV inclination photogrammetry technology.3)It introduces the multi view image tilt photogrammetry on denoising,correcting process,details of the matching process of generating high precision DSM images based on SIFT algorithm,and compares with the DSM data,extracting the change information of city land use,and then combine existing data to provide the most direct data source for dynamic monitoring of urban land utilization.4)It takes Jintan District of Changzhou as the research object,extracting the change information from the acquired data,and formulates the specific implementation plan of urban land use dynamic supervision.
