Research On Location Optimization Of Distribution Center Of TC E-commerce Enterprise Based On 4PL

With the vigorous development of e-commerce,e-commerce industry has gradually become one props of the national economy,and finds that the awful logistics distribution level due to improper distribution center localtion of research object TC e-commer enterprise is becoming the bottleneck restricting the further development based on field investigation,it’s accordingly urgent to resolve distribution center location problem and propose one new optimization methed of TC e-commerce and 4PL(Fourth party logistics)joint location.This paper proposes one fuzzy clustering method to do regional customer groups clustering based on the actual logistics distribution situation of TC e-commerce enterprise,and designs the joint distribution mode under the cooperation between TC e-commerce enterprise and 4PL,and analyzes the characteristics of the distribution center and describes the relevant distribution center location process under the mode.From quantitative perspective,the distribution center location problem of TC e-commerce enterprise based on 4PL is constructed as a bi-level decision making structure.The upper structure is for TC enterprises to make decisions on the problem of distribution center location and quantity with customer group area allocation,the objective is to minimize the total logistics cost,and introduce two key indicators of delivery failure rate and delivery delay rate to reflect the expected logistics distribution service level as the constraints,the lower structure is for 4PL to make the decision of logistics service provider selection and allocation problem,the objective is to minimize the total logistics cost of 4PL and ensure the estimated logistics distribution service level to meet the constrints as far as possible.Then,establish the bi-level programming model of distribution center location and propose the genetic algorithm to solve the model.Finally,through the optimization effect analysis of case study,make the conclusion that it could not only reduce the total logistics cost but also enhance the logistics distrbituion service level when TC e-commerce enterprise cooperate with to make decision of distribution center location,and accordingly propose the relevant optimization suggestion.
