| This paper firstly introduced the project background simply about intelligent lighting of YK company,consider the relevant research at home and abroad and development state,through market risk,technology risk,economic risk,risk management aspects,using various theory of project risk management and combining with the objection of actual situation accomplished to making project risk management systematically and scientific.The theory includes WBS,checklist and brainstorming using in risk identification,Analytic Hierarchy Process(AHP),qualitative risk analysis and quantitative risk analysis using in risk analysis,fuzzy comprehensive evaluation using in risk evaluation.This paper attempts to assess and analyze the risk management of a key project in the process of strategic transformation of famous private enterprises in the traditional lighting industry,and identify the important risk factors of cross-border projects in the lighting industry.Using the risk management methodology and the project practice experience,the paper presents the key risk items of the response strategy and monitoring strategy.Hope that the researchers,especially lighting industry scholars in the start of similar intelligent project risk management has a certain reference. |
