Research On Optimization Of Bidding Decision Management For The S Project Of The A Company

Bidding for construction projects is a comprehensive technical and economic activity.It has many characteristics,such as wide range,complex procedure and high risk.For small and medium-sized enterprises in the market economy environment,bidding is not only a means to win profits for enterprises,but also a major event for the survival and development of enterprises.Therefore,as the central link of bidding the bidding decision plays a decisive role in the current bidding process.For small and medium construction enterprises,the actual situation of the enterprise itself,the establishment of the actual bidding model.It is an important research project to apply scientific and effective bidding strategies,select appropriate bidding targets,formulate reasonable and appropriate quotations,improve the bid winning rate and quality of the project.Based on the current bidding process and the project bidding theory,this paper studies the target project of Company A.Firstly,it analyzes the current situation and existing problems of bidding decision management of Company A project,and expounds three aspects of bidding decision,which are influencing S project:bidding process,target selection and quotation decision.Secondly,the bidding decision model is established based on the theory of process reenginer,decision tree and non-deterministic decision analysis.According to the S project bidding process,establish the process reengineering plan.Establish target selection index system and use decision tree analysis method to select two targets.In the project bidding decision stage,SWOT analysis method is used to analyze the risk factors that affect the target price,and the value decision method is used to analyze the quotation cost and expected profit scientifically.Reasonably adjust the quotation,and ensure the quality of the project and the profit of the enterprise.On the basis of the success of the tender.In this paper,we focus on the use of theoretical and practical combination of the system analysis method,the establishment of practical operation of the decision-making model.This paper discusses the problems encountered in the bidding decision of Company A and puts forward the corresponding decision-making management optimization research scheme.And strive to sum up a set of A enterprise S project bidding decision-making method for the future of A company to provide such projects to provide theoretical guidance.
