| This research is based on the project scheduling management problem of one automotive company(called "X company").X company is a new founded internal automotive company with professional technology and good development platform.However,there,re always have different problems during the new project development which influence the project schedule of customer’s.This Research is focus on analyze the Scheduling Management problem in the project management of X company,also improve the scheduling problem and follow up the improvement feedbacks.We use the interviewing and questionnaire method to find the main cause of the delay problem.The main reasons are the improper organization problem,unreasonable schedule set up,supervision not in time and communication problem.Then we use the key path method,advanced coach meeting to improve the problem of schedule control.The result shows the scheduling problems have been better improved and this improvement can give some experience to the similar company to solve the scheduling problem in their project management. |
