Research On The Mechanism Of The Transition Of Technological Paradigms To The Evolution And Development Of The Oil And Gas Industry Cluster

Oil and gas industry cluster is a new organization of oil and gas resources,and has been a successful practice in some countries and regions,some of our scholars' study has confirmed the feasibility its importance of the oil and gas industry cluster in our country.The enterprises in oil and gas industry cluster are always conducting the activities of exploration,development,storage and processing or other technical activities,so the evolution of technology paradigm play an important role on the development of oil and gas industry clusters.Firstly,we describe the connotation of the industrial clusters theory and technology paradigm theory,and point out the close relationship between them;secondly,by location and calculation of quotient,economic growth and the contribution of the construction index yield ratio,we identify Heilongjiang,Xinjiang etc.eight typical oil and gas industry clusters province as the objects of this research;then we use TFP theory as the basic framework,DEA-Malmquist index method as the method,do a quantitative analysis on the impact of technology paradigm transition for the oil and gas industry clusters;Finally,we identify the factors affecting the technology paradigm transition and establish panel data econometric model for quantitative analysis.The results show that research investment is the driving factor in technology paradigm transition,and industrial scale,human capital,investment in fixed assets,consumption and other factors to some extent inhibit the technological paradigm transition,which affect the evolution and development of the oil and gas industry clusters and.Finally,based on research results,for the sustainable development of the oil and gas industry cluster,we make some policy advice: steady improvement in scientific research funding,to maintain an appropriate scale of the industry,improve the industrial cluster overall quality of employees,to keep reasonable fixed assets investment.
