Nan Jiang gas relief engineering is a new round of xinjiang,China national petroleum group "number one project".In Nan Jiang gas scientific and reasonable evaluation on the performance of the project,the need to build a set of accord with the characteristics of the project staff performance evaluation index system and evaluation model,fair performance evaluation can fully arouse the enthusiasm of employees,incentive programs to all the staff to work,so as to guarantee the natural gas project in Nan Jiang gas relief engineering region smoothly within the prescribed period of time.Based on this background,this paper,based on the related theory of employee performance evaluation research Nan Jiang gas employee performance evaluation of the project,the first analysis of the Nan Jiang gas relief projects in the current situation of employee performance evaluation,and then build the Nan Jiang gas project employees(management,technology,services)performance evaluation system and effective evaluation,finally proposes safeguard measures to perfect the employee performance evaluation.Integrating theory with practice,this article uses qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis methods such as the Nan Jiang gas relief engineering staff performance evaluation,the first relief in Nan Jiang natural gas engineering analysis on the current situation of employee performance evaluation,find out the existing problems and reasons in employee performance evaluation,and then based on the characteristics of Nan Jiang gas relief engineering staff,respectively,to build the kind of employee performance evaluation indexes,technology management performance evaluation index,the service class,employee performance evaluation indexes,finally by means of analytic hierarchy process(ahp)and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model in Nan Jiang gas relief project management staff,technical staff,staff to carry on the scientific and reasonable evaluation of the service industry,through the study of this article hopes to Nan Jiang gas relief engineering staff performance evaluation provides a more reasonable evaluation method,for other pipeline construction project performance evaluation provide certain reference value.
