Reseach On The Control System Of Air Quality Control In Vehicle

Along with the rapid development of China's automobile industry,the car has entered the homes of ordinary people,the problem of air pollution in the car people have been paid more and more attention,however,in our country at present there is no system to carry out car air pollution source analysis and performance upgrade technology research,in automobile R & D process has not formed a mature car air quality performance development technology management theory and post production consistency monitoring method to guide system host plant to carry out the air quality inside the car chain whole process control.In view of the existence of the above problems,First of all to our car air quality control and status carries on the system analysis,and through the research of domestic and foreign car air quality control regulations,to understand our country to carry out the urgency and importance of the in car air quality control.Secondly,the causes of air pollution in the car,from the vehicle,parts,materials,source apportionment,to find the impact of the underlying causes of air pollution in the car.At the same time,according to the practical experience,the system technical solutions are given from the aspects of the material link,parts processing,vehicle assembly link.Due to the traditional car air quality in the performance of the developed method models in the latter part of the research and development work,mold parts,materials and processes has been basically established,and then improve the performance of the difficulty,high cost,efficiency is low.In view of this problem,a forward design theory of air quality in vehicle is proposed,which can effectively overcome the defects of the method,and the effect is good.At the same time according to the forward design theory,combined with actual Beiqi,creatively proposed north automobile air quality in the whole process of chain control and management system,the management system is to BVDP(BAIC shares vehicle development process)as the basis,combined with decorated inside and outside the system development process,the establishment of a set including car air quality control technology roadmap,standard system,process control,test,database and other aspects of the interior air quality control system.Through Beiqi a few years of practice,the new type car air quality has been greatly improved,control system has also been recognized by the State Ministry of industry,with remarkable results.At last,this paper summarizes the research topic,analyzes the problems,and puts forward some suggestions,which lays a foundation for the further research of air quality control in the car.
