With the economic globalization and the increasingly fierce market competition,in the enterprise,especially the high-tech enterprises,human resources as an important resource to improve the core competitiveness of enterprises,to maintain market competitive advantage play an irreplaceable role.XA company as a new energy companies,this industry in the early stages of rapid development,in order to maintain the leading position of the industry,enterprises attract a large number of scarce talents to join the company,hoping to through the staff's own ability and entrepreneurial passion to achieve business development goals.However,due to the nature of the work of the industry employees,it is not easy to quantify the results of the work,and because of the company's matrix organizational structure characteristics,in order to continuously maintain the efficient work of the staff state,how to improve the various types of projects and departmental assessment system,It is particularly important to establish a scientific and perfect incentive system,moreover,is the inevitable requirement of sustainable development of enterprises.In this paper,as a research object of the development of XA incentive strategy which base on the domestic and foreign incentive theory research,and demand level theory of incentive factors in the system analysis.Combined with their own experience in the company's work,the XA company's several major organizational changes described,for the company is defective four types of incentive programs for objective analysis.This paper analyzes the incentive factors of employees at all levels,and uses the questionnaire to understand the objective demands of the employees and the overall design structure of the incentive strategy.And from the project bonus incentive,special bonus and welfare incentives,equity incentive three aspects of content to improve the XA company material incentive measures,from the individual growth incentives and emotional incentives to improve the content of the two aspects of XA company incentives.It is the goal that this research will improve the implement and improve the XA company's incentive strategy,and provide useful reference for other enterprises.
