Research On The Project Progress Management Of The Tollevasion Information Sharing Platform

As the implementation of "Green Channel" policy and the advance of ETC national networking,the toll evasion phenomenon intensified.In order to against this phenomenon,plenty of highway operation management units want to establish an information sharing platform of toll evasion vehicle and achieve provincial co-governance.Additionally,sending the information of historic and suspected toll evasion vehicles to the provincial highway network management organizations is also needed,which could benefit data query,analysis,and tracking and improves the efficiency of work.Under this background,based on the inter provincial highway toll evasion management information sharing platform for schedule management,using the theory of project management,the research on governance project schedule management platform to escape system will be investigated in this work.Focusing on the platform of the project to discuss the progress of the plan and combined with the project objectives and project management theory,this paper puts forward the schedule of the project,including the progress plan objectives,structure decomposition,work coordination and project schedule.Through the progress of the project management in the process of the schedule management implementation,schedule control system establishment,progress tracking and progress adjustment,can further verify the project schedule management in the important role of project management.
