| Medical big data has become the main direction of the future development of medical informatization construction, but the delay of the progress of such projects is relatively common, and how to improve the project progress and shorten the project cycle according to the particularity of medical big data is of great significance. The research object of this thesis is Company A,an entrepreneurial software company which engaged in the development of medical big data.First of all, through the analysis and summary of Company A’s medical big data project, the project delay rate is as high as 70%,which seriously affects the project payment of Company A,resulting in Company A’s poor cash flow and unable to operate normally. However,Company A needs to shorten the project cycle by more than 40% to guarantee normal cash flow. This paper used Delphi expert interview method and the company’s historical project data to analyze the common problems that lead to project schedule delay, such as unclear project demand boundaries, cumbersome internal communication processes between different departments, simple schedule plan, inaccurate working time evaluation, and unreasonable priority arrangement, etc. Finally, use agile project management to reasonably solve the problems of unclear demand boundaries and internal team coordination;Optimize and improve project working time evaluation and priority arrangement through key chain technology;Use the project knowledge system and training mechanism to guarantee the project. After the study of this paper,it is found that the application of agile project management, key chain method and project knowledge system to the relevant big data projects of Company A can shorten the actual project cycle by 4 months compared with the average project cycle of Company A,effectively solve the problem of project delay and improve the development and delivery efficiency of project personnel, which is of great significance to the cash flow and subsequent development of Company A.At the same time,it also provides reference for the R&D and delivery of such projects. |
