With the drastic changes in the demographic structure of our country,the phenomenon of demographic dividends is gradually disappearing.The system of labor protection in our country is in line with the international standards and the pressure on enterprises is constantly increasing.For their own survival and development,enterprises must speed up their own pace of transformation and upgrading,innovate continuously and gain the competitive advantages they do not possess.As the maker of the macroscopic system,in order to maintain the stability of the labor market and enhance the labor protection in our country the state promulgated.The "Occupational Health and Safety Management System Requirements" in2011,The new requirements put forward more stringent requirements and standards on the establishment of occupational health and safety management systems in enterprises,while bringing more stringent protection to workers;it also brings certain business impact to enterprises.In the face of increasing labor costs of enterprises,enterprises must take active and proactive measures.Therefore,based on the data of A-share listed companies in Shanghai Stock Exchange and Shenzhen Stock Exchange,this paper studies the impact of OSH management system on the innovation ability of enterprises.Based on the research of the impact of OSH management system certification on the innovation ability of enterprises,this paper discusses the internal feedback path of the two.On the one hand,starting from the enterprise itself,it analyzes whether the political connection will affect the impact of the OSH certification on the innovation ability of the enterprise,and on the other hand,it pays attention to the difference of the certification of the OSH management system from the ratio of the number of enterprises covered by the certification Impact of the OSH management system on Enterprise Innovation.The test results are robustly tested from three perspectives,namely,the variables being interpreted by the agency,the period of replacement inspection,and the manufacturing sub-sample.The results show that the certification of OSH management system can effectively promote the innovation investment and innovation output of enterprises and this incentive is more significant in the enterprises without political connection.The enterprises with high proportion of certification coverage and the total number of employees,occupational health and safety the influence of OSH management system certification on innovation efficiency is stronger.This shows that enterprises with political affiliation have no incentive to innovatebecause of their special "protection" and their large or bulky institutions,and the inefficient conduction of OSH management system certification to innovation.From the certification point of view,the high proportion of corporate certification coverage reflects the emphasis on employee labor protection in order to stimulate innovation potential within the enterprise,as well as enterprises to increase the number of certification coverage will invest more to stimulate enterprises to accelerate the transformation and upgrading.
