The Study On The Relations Between New-style Urbanization And Agricultural Modernization In Gansu Province

The development of new-style urbanization and agricultural modernization has been the key content and major work of the Party Central Committee meetings in recent years.Promoting the coordinated development of agricultural modernization and new-style urbanization is the key to solve the problem of urban and rural two yuan structure.the level of agricultural modernization in China has been steadily improved,but it has lagged far behind the speed of urbanization,which has become an important bottleneck for the sustained and healthy development of China's social and economic development.Gansu province is located in the northwest underdeveloped areas,agricultural resources are abundant,agricultural economic development potential,the pace of urbanization is fast,but the regional economic and social development imbalance are still prominent,directly restricts regional agricultural modernization and new urbanization coordinated development,at the same time,it also affects Gansu's strategic process as "the golden section of the Silk Road Economic Belt".Therefore,studying the interaction mechanism and coordinated development relationship between agricultural modernization and new urbanization in Gansu province is of great practical significance to accelerate the healthy development of Gansu's economy,promote the coordinated development of urban and rural areas and build a well-off society in an all-round way.This paper is based on the basic theory of two yuan economic theory and related research results.Firstly,the present situation and existing problems of agricultural modernization and new-style urbanization in Gansu Province are analyzed and the interaction mechanism is qualitatively analyzed;secondly,the cointegration test is used to quantitatively analyze whether there is mutual relationship between them,and through the coupling coordination model to analyze the degree of coupling and degree of coupling between them.Finally,Gansu should according to the four aspects of production factors,industrial structure,urban planning and institutional factors analyzes the influencing factors of the coordinated development of new-style urbanization and agricultural modernization.The results show that:(1)there is a long-term equilibrium relationship between the agricultural modernization and the new-style urbanization in Gansu province.The agricultural modernization and the new-style type of urbanization are interrelated and mutually promoting in the process of development,and the relative degree is high.The new-style urbanization is the inevitable requirement of the development of agricultural modernization,and the agricultural modernization is the important foundation and power source of the new-styleurbanization development.(2)the trend of urbanization in Gansu province is rising,and its development level is obviously better than the development level of agricultural modernization.The low level of agricultural modernization has been the main factor restricting the development of the coupling coordination degree to a higher level.(3)The comprehensive development level between agricultural modernization and new-style urbanization in Gansu Province has been increasing year by year.The coupling degree from0.007 to low has gradually increased to 0.4561,and the degree of coupling coordination has evolved from a severe recession imbalance of 0.0465 to a primary level of 0.6147.Coordinated development.Finally,according to the development status and empirical conclusions and influencing factors of Gansu's agricultural modernization and new-style urbanization,put forward from four aspects:In order to promote the coordinated development of the agricultural modernization and the new urbanization in Gansu,we should make use of the leading radiation of large and medium-sized cities,develop the group,improve the layout of the cities and towns,and highlight the regional characteristics;develop the characteristic agricultural industry and form the agricultural industry chain.
