Study On Migrant Workers And The Public Services "Internet +" Cenozoic Epoch Lanzhou

According to the latest migrant worker monitoring data,the growth rate of migrant workers in western China surpassed that of the eastern and central regions for the first time in 2016.This transcendence not only invigorated the economic development of the western region,but also contributed to the long-term recessive migrant workers in the western region.The problem has become more explicit,in which the public services of the new generation of rural migrant workers in the western region have been ignored by domestic scholars and regional government departments,resulting in the public service situation is not optimistic.Moreover,with the rapid development of "Internet +" technology,it not only profoundly affects people's life,work,and learning methods,but also objectively requires the public sector represented by the government to constantly innovate public service methods and continuously improve the quality of public services.This study takes the information resource management theory,social cognition theory and new public service theory as the main basis,takes Lanzhou migrant workers as the research object,uses literature research,questionnaires and other methods,and provides services for the new generation of migrant workers in Lanzhou City.Research is conducted in four areas:employment,medical care,continuing education and cultural services.Through the statistics and analysis of the questionnaire survey,it is found that there is a contradiction between supply and demand in the public service of new generation of migrant workers in Lanzhou,insufficient public service policy formulation and implementation,low level of public service financial investment,and Lanzhou municipal government's awareness of the“Internet +” public service.Problems such as lack of strength,and the reasons for the existence of problems are mainly analyzed from three aspects: the Lanzhou City Government,the new generation of migrant workers,and the Lanzhou City “Internet +”public service development factors.Aiming at the existing problems of the new generation of peasant workers' public services in Lanzhou and the analysis of the causes of the problems,the Lanzhou City Government should improve the new generation of migrant workers' public service policies,strictly implement the public service actions,and establish and improve the new students.On behalf of migrant workers' public service agencies andassessment indicators,promote the new generation of migrant workers in the public service financial investment diversification model,change the concept of government governance,and innovate the "Internet +" public service supply;Second,the new generation of migrant workers should enhance their own quality,pay attention to Self-development and improvement,improve the use of "Internet +" public services,strengthen their own awareness of rights,and actively seek public services;Finally,the new generation of migrant workers employment enterprises should actively assume social responsibility,strengthen social responsibility awareness,and enrich the company's internal New Generation of Migrant Workers' Public Service Content.
