Research On Performance Evaluation Index System Of G Bank (a Branch) Based On Balanced Scorecard

In order to achieve sustainable development and to adapt to the needs of international competition,our country commercial bank in the process of promoting the overall strategic change and need to a scientific performance appraisal system,the establishment of the G Bank(a branch)as an example,analyzes the status of its development strategy and performance appraisal system,the refined to the branch level,department level and staff at a personal level,formulate a set based on the Balanced Scorecard of the evaluation index system,and the use of internal data is old and new performance evaluation system calculated,analysis of the reasons for the differences in outcomes exist,and puts forward some suggestions on the perfection of the G Bank branch performance evaluation system.
