With the in-depth development of financial integration,the volume of various commercial banks in China is inceasing day by day.Now,China has five large commercial banks,more than ten medium commercial banks,hundreds of micro commercial banks,more and more foreign banks and foreign-mixed banks,the competition between banks has achieved the white-hot time.In terms of the external environment,as a result of the increasing expansion of the Internet financial and market increasingly stringent regulatory environment,Banks are facing unprecedented pressure of competition,employee compensation benefits are also drops,how to improve in a tough market environment bank profitability,increase the staff’s working enthusiasm and satisfaction,is the current of each commercial bank must face.Compared with large commercial banks,urban commercial banks with a late start lag far behind in terms of management and technology.Therefore,for urban commercial banks,the innovation of management concept,especially the reform of performance evaluation system,will help them to better play their competitive advantages in the fierce competitive environment.Balanced Scorecard(BSC)is a kind of performance appraisal method different from the traditional one.It clarifies the indicators and weights by drawing strategic objectives and incorporates non-financial indicators into the performance appraisal system.This method has been fully recognized by the industry in enterprise management and strategic development,and has been widely used in hundreds of large commercial banks around the world.This paper will make an advantages of the BSC and incorporate it into the performance estimate methods of urban commercial banks,so as to make new methods for the transform of the performance appraisal organization of urban commercial banks.For W branch of Huishang Bank in China as an illusttate,analyzes the basic situation of the performance estimate of the commercial banks and the existing problems,and on the basis accounting of the necessity and practicable to design based on the BSC W branch of Huishang bank performance estimate system,based on the four dimensions of each index screening,at the same time using hierarchy analysis method to determine the weight of each index,it is concluded that to four dimensions of a total of 19 indicators as the core of the performance evaluation system,so as to promote W branch of Huishang Bank performance evaluation system,the reform of index which is used to describe the strategic,help to realize the high quality development of the W branch of Huishang Bank. |
