Commercial banks play a very important leverage role in the socialist market economy.Commercial banks have the functions of intermediary,payment intermediary,credit creation,financing services,and economic adjustment.In addition,the characteristics of commercial banks' direct participation in market economy activities and their irreplaceable status of service subjects in modern financial markets are an important support for the stable operation of China's market economy.With the gradual opening of China's financial market,commercial banks must not only face domestic competition,but also the influx of international commercial banks.In the face of a changing market environment,commercial banks need to be reformed to adapt to new markets.surroundings.In traditional performance management,commercial banks generally only use financial indicators for performance evaluation,and other aspects such as customers,business processes,and corporate learning and growth have received less attention.How to improve the enterprise's performance management system and how to organically combine the bank's financial aspects,customer aspects,internal process aspects,and employee learning and growth aspects are critical to improve the company's own competitiveness and achieve its strategic goals.From this point of view,the traditional performance management system can no longer meet the development needs of commercial banks.This article mainly explores the performance evaluation system of the balanced scorecard of Industrial Bank HN branches.The first part of the article first introduces the research background and significance of this article,domestic and foreign research literature,the research content and research methods of this article;the second part introduces the balanced score The theoretical basis and related theories of the card;the third part analyzes the basic operating conditions,operating characteristics,andbusiness processes of the bank;the existing financial management system of the Industrial Bank's HN branch;Construct a corresponding strategic map,combine advanced management ideas with the actual situation of the bank,and explore a set of performance management methods that combine financial aspects,customer levels,internal process levels,and learning growth levels to improve performance management Level,using the analytic hierarchy process to determine the weight of relevant indicators at each level of the balanced scorecard,which can reflect the comprehensive operating status of the enterprise,make the performance evaluation tend to be balanced and perfect,and be conducive to the long-term development of the enterprise;finally,according to the balanced scorecard performance evaluation system,Propose a series of safeguard measures to guarantee the balanced scorecard Embodiment efficiency evaluation system.
