In the fierce globally competition,for the purpose of improve enterprise's competition ab ility,the enterprise itself not only needs to enhance its technical content of the products,but al so strengthen its administration ability to the workshop.As the core of workshop management the enterprise must pay much more attention to the team management.Company A started to make a research on team management since 2011,and actually achieved some results.Howev er,with the development of the enterprise,company A gradually got to know their manageme nt method needs to be changed and innovated,thus the research on a team building program t hat suits for enterprise seems very important.The paper firstly introduce its research background,purpose and meaning,and then mak e analysis and use for reference on relevant theories and excellence cases of team building.In the paper,it pay more attention to make analysis on the problems of team building,and apply relevant research theory to study the plan of team building,team development,team leader's a bility development and team evaluation.At last,the paper reached a conclusion to company A's team building policy,and re-plan according to its technological process and necessity of pro duct structure design,and make the team size and plan more reasonable.Moreover,it also buil d up staff's two-channel promotion,and help the staff to plan career development,and thus h elp the enterprise to lose employee turnover,and improve employee's working skills.Further more,it build up team leader's competence model,and make training,selection and reserve b ased on its model.Finally,it builds up team and its staff's evaluation,which make each team and employee understand its work duty and goal.Team building needs to build up a perfect administration system,and thus could make th e team itself solve the employee turnover,the management ability shortage of team leader and enthusiasm shortage of the employee,etc.All the work shall insists on people orientated,pay attention to both results and its forms,thus finally form the active team atmosphere.
