This paper takes HYT company software testing team management as the object, usingthe method of questionnaire and case analysis, analysis of the existing management problemsof HYT software testing team and put forward the improvement scheme.This study mainly based on a theory research of the learning organization and the humanresources system, through to the team present situation investigation and analysis, found thatHYT software testing team, management team problems and the insufficie ncy from theorganizational structure, performance assessment, incentive mechanism and team culture,andputs forward the corresponding improvement proposals and measures.In the respect of organization structure, according to the characteristics of learning team,the organization structure of the HYT software test team is divided into three levels. A flatorganizational structure is conducive to enhancing the flexibility of each test group. Establishinternal team trust and strengthen mutual influence between team members, to re-positioningthe role of leadership in the HYT software test team; In the performance evaluation, with theHYT company’s development strategy oriented, develop appropriate software testing teamKPI indicators, building evaluation index system of performance evaluation test team; Inperfecting the incentive mechanism, establish incentive compensation based on theperformance evaluation and the establishment of employee occupation career design; In theteam culture construction, considering the response to the company strategy, formulaterelevant measures to improve the team culture level.This is recommended in the Learning Organization and Human Resource ManagementStrategy for HYT to provide specific operational optimization, and also have some referencefor the domestic software testing team management, innovation of organizational structureand human resources optimization.
