Research The Effect Of The Villagers Association On Protection Of Farmers’ Land Rights And Interests

To respect,guarantee and realize the rights and interests of farmers is the logical starting point for the study of farmers’ problems,that’s why the problem of protecting the rights and interests of farmers’ farmland has always been a hot topic in the academic circles.However,most of the study areas are suburban rural and the research is mostly concentrated in the two aspects: land expropriation and land transfer.In fact,as the main battlefield of agricultural development in China,whether the rights and interests of farmers’ farmland in suburban countryside are protected,is what we should pay much attention.Although land expropriation or land transfer activities rarely occurs in suburban countryside,the farmer still face problem of the damage of rights and interests of farmers’ farmland in agricultural production activities,the problem is difficult to solve through macroeconomic policies government announced,improve the ability to resist risk of farmer is key to solve the problem.As immaterial factor,villagers association influence the capacity of resist the risk and cooperation through affect the thinking conscious and behavior,and impact protection of farmers’ land rights and interests eventually,that means villagers association provides a new idea for the problem of farmers’ land rights and interests.Based on this,to explore the influence mechanism of villagers association on protecting the rights and interests of farmers’ farmland,this paper constructs the evolutionary game model between villagers of groups and villagers and relevant subjects influence the rights and interests of farmers’ farmland,analysis game process and result based on the qualitative judgments of the influence of villagers’ association on the protection of farmers’ land rights and interests through the analysis of typical cases found in Hexi Corridor.The conclusions are as follow:(1)villagers association and it’s four dimensions: emotional association,cognitive association,economic association and active association have a positive impact on the cooperative behavior of farmers,but influence the protecting the rights and interests of farmers’ farmland in two ways.It’s closely related to behave of relevant subjects influence the rights and interests of farmers’ farmland and cooperation direction of farmers.(2)In damage strategy of relevant subjects,the higher villagers association and the level of its four dimensions,the more villagers are willing and able to cooperate to resist the damage of the related subjects,the more likely the rights and interests of farmers’ farmland to be protected.Among them,economic association is the most important dimension to influence the cooperative behavior of villagers,represented as following: the degree of village economic interaction affects the agricultural economic relations among the villagers,the more economic interaction and the stronger the relationship between the villagers,the villagers are more likely to form an economic community,the higher consistency of the villagers’ behavior is.Therefore,when faced damage behavior,villagers can cooperate to improve their ability to resist risk and protect their own land rights and interests.(3)In guarantee strategy of relevant subjects,the degree of villagers association affects farmers’ cooperative behavior in general.Among them,economic association is still the most important factors affecting farmers’ ability to cooperate and cognitive association affects the direction of farmers’ cooperation.The cognitive association reflects degree of villagers’ recognition of right subject and the authority in village,the cognitive level of the rights subject and the authority in the village is higher than that of the ordinary villagers,they are more likely to correctly recognize the purpose of the related subject.So,in a high cognitive association village,villagers are more likely to cooperate in the direction that can protect their own rights and interests under the guidance of rights subject and the authority’s correct cognition.In this case,the higher the villager’s Association is,the more consistent the behavior is,and the farmers’ land rights and interests can be better guaranteed.But,in a low cognitive association village,the lack of guidance from people with higher level of cognition is more likely to lead to wrong behavior due to the deviations of their own cognition.under the circumstances,The more consistent the villager’s behavior is,the easier the villagers are to cooperate in the wrong direction,and the farmers’ land rights and interests have been damaged.(4)Emotional association can promote the villagers’ cooperation,the higher the emotional association is,the greater possibility of farmers’ land rights and interests to be guaranteed;active association is a double-edged sword,high action association under correct cognition is helpful to the protection of farmers’ land rights and interests,but high action association under incognizance may damage the farmers’ land rights and interests.(5)The villagers association not only affects the behavior of the villagers,but also affects the behavior strategy of the related subjects to a certain extent.As a member of the game,The behavior strategy of the related subject is influenced by the villagers’ choice,both of them influence each other in continuous game and learning,and form their own stability strategy gradually.For villages that can effectively utilize their joint efforts to protect their rights and interests,the relevant subjects prefer to choose strategies that do not harm,so as to avoid the high cost of confrontation.For villages that are unable or unconscious to protect their land rights and interests,the relevant subjects will choose their behavior strategies based on the principle of maximizing interests,and whether farmers’ rights and interests will be damaged is not is not the focus of their consideration.
