Implementation Effect Evaluation Of Precision Poverty Alleviation In Wuwei

In recent years,with the rapid development of China's social economy and the increasing emphasis on poverty alleviation and development at all levels of government,China's precision poverty alleviation work has achieved remarkable results.But the foundation is poor,weak foundation,regional development is not balanced in the vast rural areas in the west is still very poor,these are the most basic national conditions.Rural poverty can't be effectively mitigated and resolved,not only related to the grand goal of building a moderately prosperous society to achieve,but also the development of social harmony and stability have a crucial impact,so out of poverty is China's current top priority and the first livelihood projects,But also fully built the most arduous and arduous task of well-off society.This paper takes Wuwei City,Gansu Province as an example,applies the research methods of normative analysis,empirical analysis and case analysis.Firstly,it sorts out and summarizes the theories and achievements of domestic and foreign experts and scholars on precision poverty alleviation research.Secondly,To understand the status quo of the current impoverished population in Wuwei City,the measures and the progress made in precision poverty alleviation;Third,the use of performance appraisal data to build a multiple regression model to analyze the actual results of the implementation of precision poverty alleviation work in Wuwei City,analysis of the current existence of precision poverty alleviation work The problems and deficiencies;Finally,we put forward some countermeasures and suggestions.With a view to lay a solid foundation for Wuwei City to fight off poverty and provide a reference for achieving a well-to-do society simultaneously with the whole country.The main conclusions of the following two points:1.Based on the empirical investigation at the macro level,the rural poverty in Wuwei City is large with 66,300 poor people and 258,400 people living in poverty;two poverty-stricken counties,Tianzhu County and Gulang County,and 115 deep poverty areas Village;poor rural basic conditions,poverty alleviation is easy to return to poverty.2.Through the regression analysis of the effect of precision poverty alleviation in Wuwei city:(1)It is easier for poverty-stricken households to get out of poverty than the direct financial supporters when implementing the help-raising measures for impoverished households.(2)Theinfluence of the level of helping units on the evaluation of the helping effect of poor households is also positive,that is,the higher the level of helping units,the more fully they can be allocated their administrative and social resources to help poor households provide a higher standard of help Helping to achieve better poverty alleviation effect;(3)Compared with the sustainability of the help measures,the level of the aid units has a greater influence on the evaluation of the help effects.If the level of the aid units is higher And the implementation of sustainable help measures,then the effect of aid is the most obvious.
