Accurate poverty alleviation work is an important measure for the nation to achieve a well-to-do society,more than four years of precision poverty alleviation work has achieved remarkable results,accurate poverty alleviation aims at "really helping the poor and helping the poor",it is a livelihood project.However,during the implementation of various poverty alleviation measures,there are still many problems,need for further innovation,improve poverty alleviation policies,this article takes the effect and countermeasures of precision poverty alleviation in Fumeng County as the research object,combined with Liaoning Province Poverty Alleviation Office data,using statistical analysis and literature research,poverty alleviation data processing and processing,calculate the proportion of financial investment in various poverty alleviation measures,poverty reduction rate and return on financial capital investment,the rate of return on investment in financial aid funds is the entry point,respond to poverty alleviation effects of various measures for precision poverty alleviation in Fumeng County,the analysis of the combination of the proportion of financial funds invested and the rate of return of financial aid funds,finding Problems in Poverty Alleviation.Through the processing of the data of the Poverty Alleviation Office in Fumeng County,no matter whether it is a poverty alleviation project for infrastructure construction or a special poverty alleviation measure,it has achieved certain results,in particular,the poverty alleviation project for infrastructure construction has achieved remarkable results,through poverty alleviation work from 2014 to 2015,road construction,water conservancy and hydropower construction have achieved full coverage.But also found some problems,through the calculation and comparison of the proportion of fiscal funds invested in poverty alleviation measures,the rate of poverty alleviation,and the rate of return on investment in financial aid,it was found that there is an unreasonable structure of financial capital input,deviation from special poverty alleviation measures,help measures simplify,poverty alleviation is not done,poverty alleviation funds have low policy penetration,poverty alleviation measures are out of step,problems such as low utilization of funds,a large amount of financial capital input did not get a matching effect of poverty alleviation,at the same time,there are also phenomena such as being lifted out of poverty and getting rid of poverty,.analyze the causes of these problems and propose corresponding countermeasures.
