Job satisfaction is the attitude of whether the employees satisfied with their work and other aspects or not.Higher job satisfaction is more conducive to their working enthusiasm,lower job satisfaction will lead to employee dissatisfaction,affecting the individual talent and the effectiveness of the company.With the vast loss of talent in our highly competitive banking industry,many banks have realized that the talent is not only have strongly impact in the process of bank development,but also an important factor in the core competitiveness of banks.To attract and retain talented people we must improve employee's job satisfaction,train staff's“people-oriented”corporate culture in the sense of belonging,exchange ideas between the leadership and staffs and understand the actual needs of employees.It has become a necessary problems for small and,medium commercial banks that how to complete the job satisfaction measurement for each employee and improve the management of employee's job satisfaction.After reading a large number of related literature,this paper designs a questionnaire on the job satisfaction of small and medium-sized commercial banks,and analyzes the valid data of the survey data and then uses SPSS 20.0 to carry out reliability analysis variance analysis and so on,the four factors influencing employee's job satisfaction and other influencing factors were determined.Finally,according to the results of the analysis,this paper put forward the management measures to improve the job satisfaction of the small and medium-sized commercial banks in view of the factors that affect the job satisfaction of the small and medium-sized commercial banks.
