As an important constituent of enterprise human resource management,incentive system is a key factor in accelerating the development of employees and promoting healthy development of enterprises.And it is intimately bonded with employee's feasible interests and overall targets of an enterprise.It has become an important research topic and a significant issue to be tackled in badly need that a scientific,effective,impeccable and people-oriented employee incentive system is to be established for realizing the benign interaction between employees and enterprises.Meanwhile,the incentive system based on incentive theories should integrate and play the role of each motivational element.With increasingly thoroughness of the reform and opening up and gradual perfection of marketing economy,an enterprise shall further standardize and intensify internal human resource management by developing and creating a sensible,scientific,comprehensive and practical system that is suitable for enterprise practice and capable of achieving a win-win situation between the enterprise and its employees,thereby generating an internal driving force for its healthy and sustainable development.Taking TBEA Apparatus Xin Jiang Transformer Co.,Ltd as a researching object,this paper states an investigation on incentive system status for technical employees on the bottom level and detects the problems under such a system with earnest analysis thus improvement recommendations have been put forwarded.Based on a research on backgrounds and significance,this paper focuses on comprehensively addressing in theory concerning incentive theories home and abroad thus resulting in propositions on matters and methodologies.Firstly,this paper introduces the basic information of TBEA Xin Jiang Transformer Co.,Ltd,with the technical staff of primary level as research objects and defines them.Secondly,contents incorporating in this paper are general conditions about incentive system existing situations of those research objects.Following,problems and root causes have been detected and explored with analysis.Lastly,the improvement measures have been put forwarded in terms of payment,efficiency,training,enterprise culture and career standardization with respect to problems within current incentive system and more perfect incentive system that is capable of promoting working enthusiasm of basic technicians has been generated.At the same time,the measures of monitoring,evaluating and adjusting has been put forward to make sure that the improved incentive incentive system can be carried out and optimized step by step scientifically and effectively.In the end,limitations and inadequacy of this paper is summarized with a vista toward performance system research.
