Incentive system is closed related with the benefits of employees and the achievement of company's gosls, which is important component of human resource management system. Whether enterprises can develop and design a set of the most effective regulation for incentive system is a key issue, which is to be resolved urgently to a further development of the majority of enterprises. Especially the Chinese enterprises, in the face of the arrival of the era of knowledge economy, it is important to strengthen and standardize their human resources management, and formulate a set of regulation for incentive system which has stimulating effect and help to strengthen the core competitiveness of enterprises.This article evaluated the establishment of the incentive system of the TBEA Hengyang Transformer Co., Ltd., through the research of the incentive system status of the.TBEA Hengyang Transformer Co., Ltd., and based on the incentive system design program and company's strategy and current situation, designed a incentive system that fit the requirement of the development the TBEA Hengyang Transformer Co., Ltd..There are four sections in this article. The first part introduced the backbround information and objective of this article, discussed the related theories of incentive system, and introduced the research methods and contents of this article. In the second part, we introduced the basic information of the TBEA Hengyang Transformer Co., Ltd., its organization structure, and analyzed current incentive system. In the third part, aiming on the established model of incentive system desing, we introduced the preparation work of incentive system desing through organization restructuring, work analysis and performance management, and set up a flexible incentive system in order to motivate employees of the TBEA Hengyang Transformer Co., Ltd..The last part evaluated and concluded the redesign of the incentive system of the TBEA Hengyang Transformer Co., Ltd., analyzed its rationality, limitations and methods of improvement.
