With the defense technology industry system reforming,national defense scientific research units constantly change their policies.The national macro-environment,user behavior,military group operating mechanism and mode of operation have changed significantly.Aerospace Group is a national strategic industry leader,its model studies have technology-intensive,product complexity degree,specializing in various categories,a huge industrial chain structure,a wide area and higher value-added important features and its equipment research and production patterns are also changing.Model development and organization of production processes companies are experiencing from the local to the global,from scattered to the integrated,coordinated by the discrete to the development process.The enterprise is more difficult to control the plan and schedule,because the phenomenon of resource conflict is worsening.Only by the efficient project management can achieve a reasonable arrangement,cross-organizational teams,and scientific risk-averse,strict cost control.And then it can ultimately deliver quality products on time and within budget project.Project management system is a core enterprise application,and it is also an important center of engineering and management.And it is often carries and embodies a business research and development and production of ideas and models.As a group based project management platform must adapt to different enterprise management mode and personality demands.The platform effectively play an important role in business development,and it need to achieve a reasonable portfolio,Careful planning arrangements,cross-organizational teamwork,scientific risk-averse,strict cost control,in order to deliver high quality products and services on time with a limited project budget.Therefore,the construction of mufti-project collaborative research management has a very important practical significance for the future development of aerospace industry companies.This thesis mainly studied mufti-project collaborative management model based on a mufti-project collaboration Aerospace Group theory.By way of a questionnaire drawn most areas of the Aerospace Group Project management is still mainly in manual-basedmanagement,so the intro-group also compared the lack of effective techniques for project management.Such as mufti-project critical path dynamically calculated baseline plan and implementation plan real-time analysis,and other project management resource conflict and balance the core technology is not yet able to generalize.All kinds of information during project execution depends mainly on the way to pass the report,data management and tractability difficult,a variety of information during the project's relative isolation from the full range of the actual state is difficult to control the project.Group homes,the plant is no uniform project management standards,decentralized organization,information exchange cumbersome,inefficient,in the course of a lack of effective supervision.First it refines the certain aerospace group project management model and management of business applications demand characteristics.And then,it finds the problems in the management.Under the guidance of modern project management theory,relying on the means of information,it establishes a mufti-project collaborative management platform for this aerospace group.This program will realize collaborative management aerospace industry mufti-level mufti-project.Through a clear focus on project management units at all levels and integrated project planning and funding,quality,knowledge,risk management elements,it can promote the project management of multiple elements of comprehensive management,and promote a project management capabilities.This project can improve the level of project management skills of this Aerospace Group.
