With the development of economy,the cost of logistics and transportation is very large,but the third-party-logistics company can provide the service with high quality and low price,by virtue of the advantage of resource scheduling.In this case,the choice of the third party logistics company to become a common practice for enterprises to complete the transport business.However,the third-party-logistics company only can take charge of limited geographical scope.For large enterprises,to achieve efficient logistics and transportation,it is necessary to cooperate with a number of logistics companies at the same time.However,the tracking management of many third-party-logistics companies is difficult and not real-time.Because the 3PL companies always focus on the services they provided,lack of effective cooperation and management.In this case,the enterprise that place the order to logistic companies,can not track the transport status after the goods issued,and need to pay a high cost on the communication with the various logistics companies.We define this management problem as the freight fragmentation problem of management.A company is a subsidiary company of a Germany precision-test-measuring electronic-instrument company in China.To transport efficiently and cover all regions,A company has subcontracted to eight 3PL companies.So,A company is facing the freight fragmentation problem of management,and has caused much transport accidents,such as the goods sent was wrong,the goods was damaged,the goods can not be delivered on schedule and so on.All of the problems has affected the reputation of A company seriously.In order to solve the problem of logistics management fragmentation,this paper tries to find out the way that combining the emerging-mobile-Internet technology and the logistics management,make full use of the advantages that mobile terminal has the function of universal satellite positioning,and the advantages that Internet information transmission convenient,timely,put forward to build logistics management server in the cloud platform,build the system of logistic management in the mobile terminal.Through the system,the 3PL operators can check the transport goods with the bill when needed,report the position of the goods.The commissioned party managers can also inquire the current logistics status information.This system broke the barriers of information existing in the process of transportation and logistics,established a convenient communication channel.The transport process is more intelligent,solved the freight fragmentation problem of management.And provides a reference for other enterprises to solve similar problems.
