Risk Management Research For H Five-star Hotel Project

The construction of five star international hotels have the characteristics in complicated function,multi-participants,complex relations,heavy coordination work and management.So it’s hard to quantize and control the risk.this paper researches the design risk management of H five star hotel,quantize and control the risk,and broadens the range of application in risk management.This paper starts from the design management practice of H five star,analyzes the risk management in the design process of the five star international hotel,identifies the risk elements of H hotel project,evaluates the risk,respond to the risk,analyzes it with the methods like combination of theory & practice and combination of quantitative and qualitative research.In the step of risk identification,I identify the risk elements with methods like brainstorming,Delphi and WBS in the process including program plan period,preliminary design and construction plan design period,and design ending period,then form the main risk table of H hotel project.In the step of program risk assessment,I can calculate the judgment matrix in the method of level analysis with expert scoring;then calculate the eigenvector,normalization processing,and consistency check,according to above judgment matrix.Using the fuzzy comprehensive evoluation method,I evaluate H hotel project,mark the risk element index,form the Subject Matrix of different level,calculate comprehensive evaluation vector,and acquire comprehensive assessment collection of H hotel project risk according to multi-level comprehensive evaluation specification to regard the second evaluation result as the first evaluation transformation matrix.In the step of response to the project risk,I mainly consider four elements :circumvention,transformation,mitigation,and acceptance.I concern the important risk element,and draw up measures one afer one to other elements.
