| Through the analysis of the present situation of the hotel market,forecast the development trend of the hotel industry,hotel industry in the direction of investment analysis,argues that "the future 5 to 10 years,China will be in the high-grade economy hotel development market," this view."OR-hotel investment risk control" as the research object,using the methods such as data analysis,induction and summary on the OR hotel project investment experience,will research scope to expand to China’s high-end economy hotel investment risk management "in the" analysis and research,so as to achieve "sums up the relative perfect and effective medium budget hotel investment risk control process".The significance of this dissertation: the research results will provide a reference basis for hotel investors,extension for the enterprise to provide security,provide impetus for brand development.In this paper,the hotel investment risk is divided into two categories: internal risk and external risk.Using the process of "identifying-Evaluation-response-monitoring",the analysis of each potential risk is step by step,and the methods and suggestions to identify and deal with risks are given.On the one hand,it can help investors solve the decision problem,to avoid investment risk,ahead of time to sort out the project construction of the overall train of thought,and for the implementation of the project to do adequate preparation,for after the project work in order to provide security.On the other hand,I hope that the research results of this paper can provide reference for relevant agencies to review the feasibility of the project,so as to realize the combination of economic benefits and social benefits. |
