With the continuous progress of technology in the field of medicine and genetic engineering,more and more capitals want to pour into the biopharmaceutical industry.Although the national control is strict and the competition is not very fierce,Lanzhou Institute of Biological Products wants to maintain absolute advantage in the industry for a long time,it must take precautions and store them.Prepare intellectual resources and strengthen core competitiveness.However,even if attach great importance to the reserve and cultivation of talents,they still find two key problems.On the one hand,the flow of core technical personnel.On the other hand,the internal atmosphere of enterprises is too harmonious,and the willingness of employees to compete with each other tends to disappear.Lanzhou Institute of Biological Products has set up a performance appraisal system to stimulate the enthusiasm of employees through performance appraisal,and to convey the company's management pressure,transformation and the driving force of change from top to bottom to the employees.At first,some results have been achieved,but the effect is gradually weakened in the later period,and the incentive mechanism is still to be improved.This article through to the production line general staff performance appraisal index system optimization design,unifies the appraisal index system,enhances the performance appraisal index scientific nature,strengthens the staff to the performance appraisal fair feeling,stimulates the staff work enthusiasm and the competitive will;simultaneously,through the optimization performance appraisal index system,achieve a balance between individual performance,department performance and company overall performance between the three.so as to improve the overall performance level of the company.This paper is divided into seven parts to elaborate the research process,the first chapter introduces the research background,identifies research issues,research ideas and methods;the second chapter gives a brief description of the research status and basic theory;the third chapter introduces the Lanzhou Institute of Biological Products and its performance appraisal work status of the general staff in the production line;the fourth chapter gives a analysis of the current situation and existing problems of the performance appraisal of the general staff in the production line;the fifth chapter optimizes and redesigns the performance appraisal index system of the general staff in the production line combining with the previous theory and analysis,and obtains the research results;the sixth chapter introduces the performance of the design.The seventh chapter summarizes the conclusions and future prospects of this study.
