Research On The Sustainable Development Capacity Of The Upstream Oil Industry In China

Based on the theory of sustainable development theory and comparative advantage theory,through the analysis of the present situation and the main problem of the sustainable development in the upstream petroleum industry in China,we use the grey pattern recognition model to evaluate the sustainable development of the upstream petroleum industry in our country,then on the perspective of the whole industry,we construct the countermeasure system to enhance the ability of sustainable development of the upstream petroleum industry,therefore this paper have an important research value.First of all,through introducing the upstream and sustainable development theory,this paper introduces the connotation of sustainable development,the sustainable development ability,which can provide relevant theoretical support for this thesis.And we are analyzed the main problems of the sustainable development of oil and gas resources in China,including the supply and demand situation of oil and gas resources,the protection of oil and gas resources,the level of resources and technology,and the management of the upstream oil and gas resources.Secondly,we analyze the evaluation index system and construct evaluation model of sustainable development capacity in the upstream oil industry,including the factors that affect the sustainable development of the upstream oil industry,the rule of index selection and indicators selection.Based on the evaluation of sustainable development of the upstream petroleum industry analysis,through the original data collection,collation,we use grey mode identification model for quantitative calculation,then to evaluate the upstream petroleum industry sustainable development ability of China,which reflected in the production management strength,management ability,development potential,technological innovation capability,external economic environment.In the end,the paper puts forward the countermeasures and suggestions to improve the sustainable development ability of the upstream oil industry,from the aspects of exploration and development,competition development,international management,scientific and technological innovation,policies and regulations,therefore these advice could effectively improve the upstream oil industry sustainable development capacity.
