Economic Sustainable Development.Research And Evaluation In Hebei Province

In recent years,although the accumulation of material wealth is far more than the human's imagine,there are many natural resource and environmental problems.In spite of the concept of "Sustainable Development" has been recognized all over the world,"Sustainable Development" only from theory into practice step by step,it has its practical significance.In the process of transformation,judging the economic sustainability is the problem which is very important and needs to solve.Hebei Province as one of the important economic provinces in China,A number of products(or economic indicators)have a significant impact on the healthy development of the national economy.So,study the sustainability of economic development,the fluctuation and causes to it,not only has important significance for Hebei Province,but also play a part in the country's economic development.This study not only help the government develop programs and policies,and also can provide reference comments to other experts and scholars.Therefore the study of economic sustainable development of Hebei province has theoretical and practical significance.Based on the theory of sustainable economic development,analysis of the Hebei province's economic development status and it's external environment status from a number of perspectives.On this basis,combine existing sustainable development indicators from both domestic and foreign,selected the suitable evaluation indicators and use the latest available data,evaluate sustainable development of Hebei province from economic subsystem,resource subsystem,environment subsystem,population subsystem,social subsystem and technological subsystem.In the process of building the index,use Gray Correlation Analysis method to screening the indicators,and use Principal Component Analysis method analysis and evaluation of the index system,Finally get the dynamic history judge of Hebei economic sustainable development.Through comprehensive analysis and evaluation of the index system of the sustainable economic development in Hebei Province shows that the level of economy sustainable development is growing as a whole,maintained a relatively stable development.However,the resource and environmental factors severely restrict the increase of the level of economic sustainable development in Hebei Province.Therefore,Hebei Province should change the extensive mode of economic growth,optimizing industrial structure,deepening the reform of the supply-side and promote the healthy economic development.
