Research On Business Model Innovation Evolution Of Technological Startup Enterprises CY Company

Innovation and entrepreneurship driven by science and technology has become a hot spot in the market and the focus of public opinion.This paper chooses CY Company,a technology-based entrepreneurship enterprise in IT industry,as a case enterprise,and takes the business model of the case enterprise as the research object,focusing on the evolution of business model innovation,and deeply studies the mechanism and general law of the evolution of business model innovation of technology-based entrepreneurship enterprises.The prominent feature of this paper is to study the business model innovation evolution of technology-based start-ups,which is also significantly different from previous studies.Compared with mature enterprises,business model of start-up enterprises is generally simpler,operation mechanism and organizational model are still in the process of adjustment and evolution,while the development of technology-based enterprises mainly depends on technology-driven,and their industries are generally technology-intensive industries,with higher access threshold and competitiveness.In order to cope with the dynamic and complex influence of many factors in the business ecosystem,the business model of technology-based start-ups especially needs continuous adaptive innovation and evolution.In the face of fierce market competition,after three to five years of establishment,growth and development,technology-based start-up enterprises will become more mature and perfect,passing through the start-up stage after the start-up of enterprises.Among them,the evolution of business model innovation can be regarded as the main line of the development of entrepreneurship,as well as a useful perspective to observe and study the growth and competitive advantage of entrepreneurship.The research idea of this paper is to summarize and analyze the stage characteristics of CY's business model innovation evolution after its inception,to study the mechanism and general law of business model innovation evolution from multiple theoretical perspectives and levels,to explore the role of business model innovation evolution in promoting the growth of technological start-up enterprises,and to form the correlation mapping of case phenomena,theoretical concepts,theoretical methods and innovative measures.The conclusions of this paper show that:(1)In the dynamic business ecosystem,technology-based start-ups start with the business model based on value chain after their start-up,through the evolution path of simple value chain,complex value chain,value network nested to value network,realize the creation of core value of enterprises,and constantly consolidate their competitive advantages.(2)Within the business model,the dynamic change and adjustment of the relationship between products and services are the core elements of promoting the development of technological start-ups at the micro level,and also provide a micro perspective for observing the evolution of business model innovation.(3)The research on the evolution of business model innovation of technology-based start-up enterprises can provide useful reference for the development of the same type of enterprises after their start-up.The entrepreneurial team can carry out entrepreneurial activities according to the mechanism and general rules of business model innovation evolution,enhance the scientific and logical nature of entrepreneurial activities,and guide technology-based start-up enterprises to pass the start-up stage smoothly and quickly.
