The Countermeasures For Tangshan Economic Sustainable Development With The Background Of Coordinated Development Of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei Province

At present,the coordinated development of Beijing,Tianjin and Hebei has been an important research topic for many experts and scholars.As to Tangshan of Hebei Province,in the coordinated development process of Beijing,Tianjin and Hebei province,it is an important issue that how to reduce the gap between it and the two international metropolis,build an economic model of all levels of the high gradient closely related to the development of the new paradigm of anti gradient and regional spatial economic structure.Tangshan,Hebei province must pay attention to and solve these problems in the process of economic development.This thesis selects Tangshan,an important city of Hebei Province,close to Beijing and Tianjin,as a research perspective,in the Beijing Tianjin Hebei collaborative research project on sustainable development based on the economic development of Tangshan,and study how to accelerate the economic development of Tangshan scientifically and reasonably.According to the research target,this paper based on the domestic and foreign literature review,defines the main concepts related to the subject,followed by the analysis of the concept of sustainable development,including economic sustainable development,economic development and regional coordinated development,followed by the interpretation of the relevant basic theory,including the relationship between regional the coordinated development theory,sustainable development theory..Then this paper analyzes the current situation of Tangshan's economic development under the background of the integration of Beijing,Tianjin and Hebei Province,outlines the economic development of Beijing,Tianjin and Hebei region,including the economic development of Beijing Tianjin Hebei region and the coordinated development of Beijing,Tianjin and Hebei region.This paper summarizes the current situation of Tangshan's economic development from the aspects of Tangshan's economic development and industrial development.The mining of Tangshan's economic development under the background of Beijing Tianjin Hebei collaborative exposed the problem,points out the main problems: resources constraints,excess capacity of major industries,declining competitiveness,difficult transformation of resource-based economy caused by rigidity of industrial structure,lack of innovation of science and technology,science and technology.Finally,according to the problems of Tangshan Sustainable development under the background of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei collaborative process,the thesis put forward the countermeasures that re-construction and positioning to city functions in Beijing-tianjin-Hebei region,including the reasonable use of resources and highlight the advantage and local potential of Tangshan.It is to optimize and adjust the industrial structure of Tangshan,including the construction of the modern industrial system,the implementation of the "three poles and two belts" development strategy and the development strategy of the coastal areas.In addition,Tangshan should also carry out sustainable economic development policy,promote the harmonious development of ecological economy,accelerate scientific and technological progress,improve the ability of independent innovation,enhance ecological protection and develop circular economy and green economy.Hope this study may make a little contribution to the economic sustainable development of Tangshan in the coordinated development of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region.
