With the rapid development of the computer network as the core information technology,application and popularization of Internet in the world,this new type of e-commerce business model is the global development and promotion,and to build a platform for the center of business ecosystem varied,research on e-commerce platform business ecosystem is a part of an extremely the development of electronic commerce.Based on the comprehensive review of domestic and foreign enterprises e-commerce ecosystem research status,based on the basic viewpoint of the ecological system,from the point of view of system science and business ecology theory,combined with the theory and practice of electronic commerce,the electronic commerce as a special case of ecological balance,process model and management strategy of e-commerce platform for enterprise business ecosystem evolution,collaboration and build a more in-depth inquiry.First of all,through the study on the brief analysis of the current situation of business ecosystem,some theoretical gaps in the theoretical study,combined with the research background of this paper;then,through the five forces model PEST analysis and Potter analysis of Alibaba's internal and external environment,and carries on the SWOT analysis,analysis of the internal strengths and Alibaba weaknesses,external opportunities and threats,the enterprises should implement horizontal integration and vertical integration strategy;secondly,on the basis of the development of Alibaba time axis,analysis of co evolution of its ecosystem;finally,according to the strategic vision of the enterprise,customer view,culture of innovation and development strategy,build the business ecosystem of Alibaba.
