Research On The Problems And Strategies Of Attracting Investment In Jiaozhou Economic And Technological Development Zone

Since the reform and opening up the implementation of the market economy,the external capital and technology into China,to promote the industrial agglomeration,technological progress and foreign trade prosperity,which with the reform and opening up policies accompanied by investment contribution.The work of attracting foreign investment has been paid much attention to the development zones,free trade zones and high-tech zones in the forefront of national reform and opening-up policy.It has proved that effective investment is an important means to promote regional economic and social development.This paper takes the development of the investment in the park of Jiaozhou Economic and Technological Development Zone as the research object.By reviewing the development of the development zone,it analyzes and analyzes some constraints and bottlenecks in the current investment promotion work.To improve the investment system,Investment work,so as to promote the development of Jiaozhou Development Zone to carry out some exploration.Based on the theory of international production eclecticism,industrial cluster theory and government intervention theory,this paper combines the work experience of the author in the park and carries out the investment work of the various functional departments to participate in the research on the investment and investment in the park.Factors,problems were sorted out and analyzed.Through the investigation and finishing,we find out how to improve the quality of the project,form a competitive industrial agglomeration,improve the hardware and software environment,cultivate the enterprise development in the region,and build a mutually beneficial regional cooperative relationship.We have become the park to realize the regional economic and social environment sustainable development.Need to solve the problem.In order to find a more scientific and operable solution,this paper chooses Kunshan City,which is the most representative of the construction and investment of domestic county-level city park,and Singapore,which has similar political and cultural background in China.Summed up the above areas to guide the development of industrial agglomeration,support policy development,investment model innovation and other aspects of experience.This paper puts forward some suggestions on how to construct the project entry evaluation mechanism,build a good investment environment,optimize the industrial planning,strengthen the construction of the investment function department,explore the innovation investment mode and so on to promote the investment promotion work by analyzing and studying the actual situation of the investment in Jiaozhou Economic and Technological Development Zone And put forward the safeguard measures from the aspects of legal support,system construction,human resources and policy support.
