The increasingly significant knowledge economy and competitive dynamic has made it impossible that a company doesn't have the ability to complete innovation behavior alone,therefore,Industry-University-Research knowledge alliance has been an inevitable choice of exploring new cross-organizational cooperation model and implementing innovation driving development strategy to look for external resources and technology.As an open dynamic cooperation mode based on knowledge chain,Industry-University-Research knowledge innovation is an alliance system that heterogeneous knowledge team carry on knowledge sharing,acquiring and innovation to meet complex tasks through consultation and advantage combination,which appears highly complexity and non-linearity.In the process of Industry-University-Research knowledge innovation,inquire how to build an innovation mechanism which can combine internal knowledge development and mining exploitative innovation and external knowledge searching and acquisition exploratory innovation is helpful to overcome core rigidity and competency trap and improve non-continuous change sensitivity caused by technology and market.The ambidextrous competence is a key driving factor of organization innovation performance,but exploration innovation ability and leverage innovation ability work in different ways.Industry-University-Research knowledge innovation influential factors literature existing mostly regard ambidextrous competence as mediator,but it is rare and scattered relatively that literature consider ambidextrous competence as an entire variable to study its influence toward organization innovation performance,especially it doesn't reach a shared view that what strength of ambidextrous competence is much more beneficial to knowledge innovation.This thesis takes Industry-University-Research knowledge innovation system as research object,introduces organization ambidextrous and knowledge innovation theory and builds a system dynamics model which agrees with dynamic feedback behavior of different subjects based on the theoretical frame that how ambidextrous competence has influence on Industry-University-Research knowledge innovation,as well as using the famous “Institute of Computing Technology-Huawei joint laboratory” Industry-University-Research knowledge innovation system as an example to test the effectiveness of the model and method.The specific research contents are as followed:First of all,this thesis sorted and summarized related literature,defined the connotation of Industry-University-Research knowledge innovation,analyzed the internal and external driving causes of Industry-University-Research knowledge innovation,introduced and compared the patterns of Industry-University-Research knowledge innovation and expounded the process and characteristic of Industry-University-Research knowledge innovation.On the other hand,this thesis carried on visualized analysis of ambidextrous competence research status and hot topics based on bibliometrics,conducted ambidextrous analysis of knowledge innovation from time-space dimension.Second,this thesis divided exploration leverage innovation mechanism as five paths to reveal the coupling relationship of ambidextrous competence and Industry-University-Research knowledge innovation.From three aspects of the complementary racecourses at alliance level,multi-dimensional at structural level,mutual consistency at operation level,this thesis analyzed the ambidextrous competence synergy mechanism in Industry-University-Research knowledge innovation.Then,from knowledge sharing subject,objects and situation three aspects,this thesis identified the influence factors of Industry-University-Research and analyzed its working mechanism,built a carding relation model that ambidextrous competence influence Industry-University-Research knowledge innovation organization and verified it.Next,this thesis used the modeling method of dynamic system to describe Industry-University-Research knowledge innovation process and system operation mechanism,built an Industry-University-Research knowledge innovation dynamic system model on the basis of ambidextrous competence.With the help of effective test and sensitivity analysis,separated ambidextrous competence from other factors to explore different intensity of ambidextrous competence's influence having on Industry-University-Research knowledge innovation increment.The results showed that there is threshold effect between ambidextrous competence and Industry-University-Research knowledge innovation increment.Finally,take “Institute of Computing Technology-Huawei joint laboratory” as an example,this thesis analyzed the actual problems and optimizing strategy in the Industry-University-Research knowledge innovation process from organizational ambidextrous competence perspective to test the model effectiveness in Industry-University-Research knowledge innovation research.
