With the further development of China's urbanization,the rural and urban areas in economically developed regions must be integrated,and the establishment of rural commercial bank complies with the trend of urbanization.Rural commercial bank's development,innovation is the power,talent is fundamental.As an important part of modern human resource management,motivation plays an important role in attracting,retaining and inspiring talents' enthusiasm and creativity,as well as maintaining the continuity and efficiency of talents' work.Most employees of zxian rural commercial bank are distributed in the frontline of the grassroots.The long and complex work makes employees tired both physically and mentally,and some employees have problems such as low working enthusiasm and low working efficiency.Therefore,the establishment of effective employee incentives in line with the survival and development of Banks plays a crucial role in the development of rural commercial bank of Z county.The rural commercial bank of Z county was restructured from the rural credit cooperative of Z county in 2014.It is a large,powerful and influential financial institution within the territory of Z county.Most employees of rural commercial bank in Z county are distributed at the grassroots level.The work is rather dull and monotonous,and the work intensity is relatively high.The traditional incentive method cannot meet the increasing demands of employees,and their working enthusiasm continues to decline,thus the development of the bank has entered a bottleneck period.In view of this,it is urgent for Z county rural commercial bank to design a set of incentives in line with the development of the bank and promote the self-realization of employees.This paper mainly focuses on the incentives of rural commercial Banks in Z county,and conducts the investigation and research in four steps: First step from the salary,performance,training,promotion development four aspects,this paper introduces the Z county,commercial bank employee incentive status quo,the second step according to maslow's hierarchy of needs to develop questionnaire,to investigate employee satisfaction ofexisting incentives and future expectations,the third step through the questionnaire investigation of the receipt of the collection,induction,analysis,concluded that Z county agri-businesses bank incentives there are lack of salary incentive,performance evaluation incentive,training incentive effect is not obvious,the promotion development channels for a single four aspects of problems,the fourth step in combination with the practical situation of Z county agriculture business bank,The improvement method of incentive measures is put forward from four aspects of perfecting salary system,improving performance appraisal,improving training intensity and enriching promotion channels.Papers from the compensation system,performance appraisal,training,promotion channels etc.Put forward the Z county,the optimization of commercial bank employee incentive measures,to eliminate employees' negative emotions,guide the staff to build up a good point of view,promote the Banks to the scientific and standardization of human resource management,achieve long-term strategy to lay a solid foundation for the enterprise.As a county banking financial institution,Z county rural commercial bank is representative to a certain extent,and the research results have certain reference significance for other county banking financial institutions.
