With the acceleration of China's socialist modernization economic construction process and the unprecedented intensity of market competition,talent competition has become a competitive factor that enterprises must face at present.More and more entrepreneurs are beginning to reach a consensus:talent is the core factor of the rise and fall of enterprises,and human resources have gradually become the core strategic resource of a modern enterprise and the core factor of production for enterprises to obtain development.To a certain extent,the competition between modern enterprises is basically the competition for "people",that is to say,the competition between employees.At present,China's banking industry is facing unprecedented development pressure.Various internal performance indicators and assessment efforts of various banks are relatively large,the working pressure of bank employees is generally relatively large,the satisfaction with enterprises is gradually decreasing,and the turnover rate of employees is increasing year by year.This has greatly hindered the development of the banking industry in the new situation.Therefore,it is necessary to manage employees'job satisfaction.If every employee's potential can be well stimulated,it will be a great help to the development of the bank.How to manage employees,what tools and methods to use to tap employees' potential,how to improve employees' job satisfaction and other issues have become the focus of banks' attention in an increasingly competitive environment.This paper uses the research methods of literature research,interviews and questionnaires to investigate the status quo of employee job satisfaction of rural commercial banks in County A,so as to explore the influencing factors of employee job satisfaction of the bank and provide suggestions for the bank to improve its management behavior and working methods,so as to improve the overall work efficiency of the bank and promote the bank to achieve rapid and sustainable development.The research content of this paper is divided into six parts as follows:The first part,firstly,expounds the background and significance of this research,defines the research purpose of this paper,introduces the research framework and research ideas of this paper,and summarizes the main research contents.In the second part,the related theories such as employee job satisfaction,demand theory,expectation theory,two-factor theory and fairness theory are deeply analyzed and discussed,thus laying a theoretical foundation for further research in this article.The third part analyzes the current situation of staff human resources and some problems existing in the practice of staff job satisfaction management in A county rural commercial banks.The fourth part designs and collects data on the research of employee job satisfaction of A County Rural Commercial Bank.Then,through the data processing and analysis of the questionnaire,this paper makes an empirical study on the job satisfaction of employees of rural commercial banks in County A.The fifth part,from improving corporate culture management,pays attention to people-oriented;Improve the internal communication management of the enterprise;Pay attention to employees'career development;Optimize the assessment and incentive mechanisms,and put forward specific suggestions to improve the job satisfaction of rural commercial bank employees in County A;The sixth part:conclusion and prospect.The research in this paper has a positive effect on the optimization of human resources management of rural commercial banks in county a.Through the investigation and research on employee's job satisfaction,the bank's management can understand the employee's psychology more timely and accurately,fully grasp the bank's human resources status quo,so as to better meet the needs of employees at work,help to improve employee's loyalty,mobilize employee's enthusiasm and work efficiency,thus improving the bank's customer satisfaction,enhancing the bank's overall competitiveness,and effectively supporting the bank's sustainable development,which shows that the research in this paper is of great significance.
